Death toll rises to nine in Nonthaburi school shooting after student's rampage
A 14-year-old student at Debsirin Nonthaburi School outside Bangkok killed his grandparents at home before launching a mass shooting at his high school on Friday. The death toll rose to nine on Saturday after a 12-year-old girl died of her wounds in the hospital. Victims include five school staff members and the shooter's relatives. The gunman used a legally registered weapon belonging to his grandfather and fired at least 26 rounds before taking his own life.
