Lebanon: New displacement order forces families from Mansouri, Tyre District
On August 5, 2026, the Israeli Defense Forces issued a new displacement order for the village of Mansouri in the Tyre District of South Lebanon. This military directive, the first of its kind in the area since mid-July, forced at least 130 families to evacuate their homes. According to an OCHA Flash Update, an estimated 650 individuals were newly displaced from Mansouri to the city of Tyre as cross-border hostilities between Israel and Hezbollah continued to intensify.
