Ukrainian drone offensive strikes industrial and military targets deep inside Russia
Ukrainian forces launched a large-scale drone operation targeting multiple Russian regions including Samara, Saratov, and Udmurtia. Strikes hit a Wildberries warehouse in Samara, roughly 800 kilometers from the border, and an oil refinery and military airbase in the Saratov region. Russian authorities reported at least nine fatalities across Belgorod, Engels, and Udmurtia, while claiming to have intercepted over 630 drones during the overnight raids aimed at disrupting Russian war financing.
