Hostilities and daily drone strikes by the Rapid Support Forces in and around El Obeid have displaced 11,000 people, including 5,500 children. Save the Children and UN OCHA report that civilian infrastructure, water systems, and fuel stations were severely damaged, and 35 children were confirmed killed or injured in recent weeks.
