A UN fact-finding mission published a report confirming that a transnational network involving entities in the UAE, Chad, Libya, and Somalia has supplied the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) with weapons, drones, and foreign personnel. The report warns that these actions, including the use of foreign contractors to maintain drone systems, have enabled strikes deep into civilian areas and may constitute war crimes.
