Chad increases military deployments along Sudanese border
Following recent cross-border drone strikes by the Sudanese Armed Forces into Chadian territory, the Chadian military has significantly increased its troop deployments along the border with Sudan. The military has also blocked desert routes previously used to funnel supplies, aiming to prevent further incursions and contain the spillover of the Sudanese civil war into Chadian territory.
