RSF seizes army bases in Blue Nile region
The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) announced the capture of the Bakori and Surkum army bases in Sudan's southeastern Blue Nile region. The operation was conducted in coordination with the Sudan People's Liberation Movement–North (SPLM–N) as part of an ongoing campaign to expand territorial control in the region.
