Houthi Missile Strike Hits Saudi Tanker Amzan Near Yanbu
Yemen’s Houthi rebels conducted a direct missile strike on the Saudi-owned oil tanker Amzan in the Red Sea, approximately 63 nautical miles west of the port of Yanbu. The Saudi national shipping company, Bahri, confirmed the attack but stated that all crew members are safe and no injuries were reported. The Houthis claimed the strike is part of an ongoing blockade against Saudi maritime interests in retaliation for international naval operations in the Persian Gulf and Red Sea.
