Russia shuts Novorossiysk Sheskharis oil terminal after drone attack
Russia has suspended operations at the Sheskharis oil terminal in Novorossiysk, a major Black Sea export facility, following a Ukrainian drone strike early on August 15. The terminal, which typically processes approximately 700,000 barrels of crude oil per day, was targeted alongside warships in the harbor. This disruption significantly impacts Russia's maritime energy exports. Ukrainian forces also targeted logistics warehouses and command posts in occupied Luhansk and Donetsk over the same 24-hour period.
