A new UN investigation report released on Tuesday reveals that Myanmar's military has significantly escalated aerial attacks against civilians. The military is increasingly utilizing low-cost aircraft, including motorized paragliders and gyrocopters, to conduct strikes in conflict zones. Separately, the Arakan Army reported that 20 civilians were killed in military strikes in Rakhine state earlier this month.
