Ukraine Submits Fresh Peace Proposal to U.S. Negotiators Witkoff and Kushner

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has handed a new diplomatic roadmap to U.S. negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner in an effort to break the four-year stalemate with Russia. The proposal follows a period of cooled relations between Kyiv and Washington. While details remain classified, the move comes as Ukraine ramps up strikes inside Russia to gain leverage. Moscow currently maintains that any settlement must include Ukraine ceding four occupied regions, a condition Kyiv continues to reject.
