A Russian missile strike on a residential apartment block in Kharkiv's Saltivskyi district killed two civilians and injured 13 on August 9. Concurrently, Ukrainian drone strikes in Russia's Belgorod region reportedly killed five people. The Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces also confirmed the destruction of a Russian S-400 launcher in Gelendzhik and targeted multiple air-defense assets, including Pantsir-S1 and Tor systems, across the Krasnodar and Rostov regions over the last 24 hours.
