Ukraine strikes oil refineries in Bashkortostan and Yaroslavl and hits Black Sea vessels
Ukraine conducted long-range drone strikes hitting oil refineries in Bashkortostan, over 1,300km from the border, and the Slavneft-Yanos refinery in Yaroslavl. The Yaroslavl facility reportedly halted primary processing after debris sparked fires in oil reservoirs. Additionally, Ukrainian forces targeted two Russian military patrol boats and "shadow fleet" oil tankers in the Black Sea. President Zelenskyy stated the operations aim to degrade Moscow's wartime economy.
