RSF Attack Causes Mass Displacement in Sudan's North Kordofan
On July 29, 2026, paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) attacked the Al-Jamama area in the Sudri locality of North Kordofan, Sudan. The armed assault resulted in the deaths of 9 civilians and injured 14 others. As reported by the IOM and the Sudan Doctors Network, the violence forced approximately 1,430 residents to flee their homes to neighboring areas.
