Mass Civilian Casualties in North Kordofan Air Strikes and Paramilitary Attacks

A Sudanese Armed Forces air strike on the village of Sharshar killed at least 24 civilians, while a subsequent Rapid Support Forces attack on El Jamama killed nine others and displaced over 1,400 people. The International Organization for Migration reported a significant movement of families fleeing to nearby Sudri and Bara localities. Witnesses described the looting of markets and health centers by RSF fighters who accused the residents of supporting the state military during the raid.
