Israeli Ground Forces Demolish Buildings in Lebanon as US Delegation Visits
As a US military delegation arrived in Beirut to map out an Israeli withdrawal from a "pilot zone" based on a June 26 framework agreement, Israeli military forces inside occupied southern Lebanon carried out extensive ground demolitions in the town of Khiam. Concurrently, airstrikes targeted Hezbollah operatives moving anti-tank missiles in the security zone.
