U.S. Military Deploys to Venezuela Following Catastrophic Earthquakes
Following catastrophic June 24 twin earthquakes that killed over 3,500 people, U.S. military forces from the 621st Contingency Response Wing have deployed to Simón Bolívar International Airport. The troops are managing airfield operations to safely expand the intake of humanitarian aid.
