More families displaced in Gaza as Israel pushes demarcation line

According to the UN humanitarian coordination office (OCHA), Israeli forces pushed the demarcation line further into the Gaza Strip, expanding the off-limits territory. Consequently, more than 20 families—amounting to an estimated 100 people—were newly displaced from eastern Deir al Balah governorate. Civilians reported being ordered to evacuate their residential areas as ground troops advanced and dropped explosive munitions from the air, forcing them into increasingly overcrowded makeshift shelters.
