IDF Quadcopter Sets Tents Ablaze in Beit Lahia, Forcing Evacuation
Around midnight on June 23, 2026, Israeli tanks advanced toward Al Atatra Junction in Beit Lahia. During the operation, an IDF quadcopter dropped an incendiary munition that set three tents on fire. According to UN OCHA, approximately 30 households (around 150 people) were displaced overnight. Six households remained permanently displaced after forces set up a yellow cement block to enforce new access restrictions along the expanded "Yellow Line."
