U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) led a regional security dialogue hosted by the Bahrain Defense Force for defense leaders from 12 nations. Adm. Brad Cooper and senior military officials discussed the new Middle Eastern Air Defense coordination cell and ensuring the free flow of commerce through the Strait of Hormuz. Notably, military leaders from Syria and Lebanon participated in a U.S.-led defense conference for the first time.
