DRC Files ICJ Case Against Rwanda Over Decades of Conflict
The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) officially filed a case against Rwanda at the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The DRC accuses its neighbor of breaching international conventions on genocide and bearing legal responsibility for over three decades of violence, atrocities, and financial backing of rebel factions (including the M23 armed group) in eastern Congo.
