RSF Shelling Destroys Saudi Hospital Pharmacy in Al Fasher
Rapid Support Forces (RSF) artillery fire struck the Saudi Hospital in Al Fasher on the night of June 21, 2026, killing a pharmacist on duty and destroying the facility's main medicine storage. This hospital was the last remaining specialized surgical facility in North Darfur. MSF officials reported that while the hospital remains partially functional, the loss of the pharmacy has halted critical surgeries. Over 260 civilians have been killed in Al Fasher in the last six weeks of intensified urban combat.
