Ukrainian Developers Unveil 'DART' EW-Resistant Stratospheric Balloon Missile
Ukraine’s Center of Innovative Technologies Program announced the development of 'DART,' an electronic warfare (EW) resistant missile designed for launch from stratospheric balloons at altitudes of 12 to 18 kilometers. The missile uses a navigation system that shuts down mid-flight to prevent Russian jamming, continuing on a fixed course via a solid-fuel engine. The 1.84-meter projectile is designed to strike targets while remaining nearly invisible to standard EW-based defense systems.
