Houthi Rebels Claim Missile Attack on Israel and Resume Red Sea Shipping Threats
Yemen's Houthi rebels, through spokesperson Brig. Gen. Yahya Saree, claimed a fresh missile attack targeting central Israel on Monday. The group officially declared that all Israel-affiliated vessels in the Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, and Bab el-Mandeb Strait are once again active targets. This declaration ends a period of relative calm following the April ceasefire and coincides with the 100th day of the current regional escalation involving US and Israeli forces.
