Iranian Revolutionary Guard forces launched a barrage of ballistic missiles and drones toward northern Israel late June 7 and early June 8, 2026. The attack was described by Tehran as a warning following Israeli airstrikes on Beirut's southern suburbs. Air raid sirens were triggered across northern and central Israel. The Israeli military reported that its aerial defense systems, supported by U.S. forces in the region, successfully intercepted the majority of the incoming threats.
