M23 Rebels Confirm Ebola Outbreak in Occupied Bukavu health zone

The 28-year-old patient, who had traveled from Kisangani, died before the diagnosis was finalized. The World Health Organization has declared the outbreak a global health emergency, as the virus spreads through rebel-held territories in North and South Kivu where access for government health workers is restricted.
