Ukraine Launches Record Drone Swarm Against Moscow and 14 Russian Regions
Ukraine conducted one of its largest drone operations of the war, launching over 500 unmanned aerial vehicles toward Russian territory. Russian air defenses reportedly intercepted 556 drones across 14 regions, including the Moscow area and Crimea. The strikes killed at least four people, including a woman in the Khimki district northwest of Moscow and two men in Pogorelki. President Zelenskyy stated the retaliatory strikes were justified following recent Russian missile attacks on Kyiv.
