Israeli Airstrikes and Drone Attacks Kill at Least 17 in Lebanon
Despite a fragile ceasefire agreement reached in April, intense Israeli airstrikes and drone attacks targeted vehicles and buildings across southern Lebanon and areas just south of Beirut. Significant strikes hit the highway connecting Beirut to the port of Sidon, the Chouf region, and the southern village of Saksakiyeh, where seven people, including a child, were killed.
