Ukrainian defense units conducted a strategic long-range strike on the night of May 6-7, targeting a Project 22800 Karakurt-class small missile ship at the Kaspiysk naval base in Dagestan, Russia. The vessel, capable of launching Kalibr cruise missiles, sustained damage that is currently being assessed.
