Ukrainian Deep Strikes Target Russian Oil Refinery & Navigation Plant
Ukrainian forces utilized F-5 Flamingo missiles and An-196 'Lyutyi' drones to strike strategic targets deep inside Russia. The attacks hit the Kirishinefteorgsintez Oil Refinery in Leningrad Oblast, severely damaging distillation units, and the VNIIR-Progress plant in Cheboksary, Republic of Chuvashia, which produces GLONASS and GPS components for Russian missiles. Two people were reported killed in Chuvashia.
