Israeli Navy Intercepts Gaza-Bound Aid Flotilla in International Waters
The Israeli Navy intercepted at least 22 boats belonging to the Global Sumud Flotilla carrying humanitarian aid for Gaza. The interception occurred in international waters approximately 965 kilometers from Gaza, near the Greek island of Crete. Israeli forces boarded the vessels, pointing weapons at those on board, and detained approximately 175 activists.
