The U.S. Southern Command's Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted a lethal strike against a small boat in the eastern Pacific suspected of involvement in narco-trafficking. The strike, ordered by Gen. Francis L. Donovan, destroyed the vessel and killed two individuals on board.
