IRGC Navy Seizes Commercial Vessels in Strait of Hormuz
Paramilitary personnel from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy boarded and successfully seized two commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz, after firing upon a total of three vessels. The attacks occurred in direct retaliation to the ongoing US military policy, *"U.S. to Blockade Ships Entering or Exiting Iranian Ports,"* and threw the newly extended US-Iran ceasefire extension into jeopardy.
