North Korea Test-Fires Multiple Short-Range Ballistic Missiles
North Korea test-fired five 'Hwasongpho-11 Ra' surface-to-surface tactical ballistic missiles from the Sinpho area toward the East Sea (Sea of Japan). The missiles flew approximately 140 kilometers before striking target areas near an island. Leader Kim Jong-un attended the test, which evaluated cluster bomb and fragmentation mine warhead capabilities.
