U.S. to Blockade Ships Entering or Exiting Iranian Ports
Following the collapse of peace negotiations in Islamabad regarding Iran's nuclear program, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) began enforcing a sweeping maritime blockade on all vessels entering or exiting Iranian ports across the Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman, effective April 13 at 10:00 AM ET. Transit for non-Iranian ports remains unaffected.
