Russian Drone Attack Destroys Nova Poshta Logistics Hub in Zaporizhzhia
A Russian attack drone targeted and destroyed a branch of the Nova Poshta delivery service in Novomykolaivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, during the night of April 8-9, 2026. No casualties were reported as the facility was empty at the time of the strike. The attack caused a fire that destroyed more than 150 parcels and significant infrastructure. This was part of a larger wave of 119 drones launched by Russian forces against various Ukrainian regions within the same 48-hour period.
