ASEAN Report Highlights Regional Concern over Thailand-Cambodia Border Stability

Although a ceasefire was signed in late 2025 following clashes that displaced over one million people, 40.5% of respondents remain anxious about long-term peace. The report criticizes ASEAN's mediation efforts as 'slow and ineffective,' indicating that despite the current absence of major fighting, the underlying territorial tensions remain unresolved.
