Secondary Blast Injures Four Ukrainian Emergency Rescuers in Khmelnytskyi
Four Ukrainian state emergency service personnel were injured by a secondary explosion while responding to an earlier strike site in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. Delayed detonation and follow-on impacts have increasingly impeded search-and-rescue teams, complicating post-strike triage and structural damage mitigation across western Ukrainian logistical and transit nodes.
