United Nations Human Rights officials and the Sudan Fact-Finding Mission released updated findings detailing an escalation in long-range drone warfare targeting civilian infrastructure across Sudan. The report highlighted persistent RSF strikes surrounding El Obeid in North Kordofan, which severely damaged municipal energy and water networks. The findings also documented cross-border logistical lines and external material support flowing through regional border crossings, severely worsening civilian casualties and displacement.
