Israeli drone strike kills one in Nabatieh following Hezbollah drone attack
An Israeli drone strike on an apartment in Nabatieh, southern Lebanon, killed one person and wounded another on Wednesday. The Israeli military stated the strike was a direct response to Hezbollah launching two explosive drones toward Israeli troops stationed at the Ali al-Taher Ridge overnight. While one Hezbollah drone was intercepted, the incident highlights the fragility of the June ceasefire as both sides continue to exchange fire in the border security zone.
