Zelenskyy submits new proposals to US to end Ukraine-Russia war
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has submitted new proposals to US negotiators aimed at ending the ongoing war. Zelenskyy warned that Russia is preparing for a significant new mobilization of several hundred thousand troops in the autumn, following the imitation of parliamentary elections, to create a false appearance of domestic support for the conflict. This diplomatic move comes amid stalled talks and ongoing concerns regarding Russian military expansion.
