Ukraine conducts long-range strike on Russian oil refinery
Ukrainian forces successfully executed a long-range drone strike against an oil refinery located in Nizhnekamsk, Russia, approximately 600 miles from the Ukrainian border. The attack is reported to be one of the deadliest strikes inside Russian territory since the start of the full-scale invasion, resulting in at least 13 fatalities. This operation is part of an ongoing Ukrainian strategy to target Russian energy infrastructure to compel negotiations.
