Taiwan conducts Han Kuang military drills to simulate repelling amphibious landing
The Taiwanese military and coast guard conducted large-scale Han Kuang military exercises in Miaoli County. The drills were designed to simulate and practice defensive maneuvers against a potential amphibious landing by Chinese forces. This exercise is part of Taiwan's largest annual military training program, aimed at enhancing readiness to protect the island's sovereignty amidst ongoing regional tensions and increased Chinese naval and aerial activity near the Taiwan Strait.
