Forced Evacuations Ordered in Kramatorsk Amid Search for Missile Defenses
Ukrainian authorities have initiated forced evacuations of civilians from Kramatorsk as Russian forces maintain intense pressure on the Donetsk region. The move coincides with Kyiv's urgent search for additional missile defense capabilities, including potential 'cut-price' Patriot systems. The security situation in eastern Ukraine remains critical as frontline fighting persists and civilian infrastructure continues to face threats from Russian long-range strikes and advancing ground units.
