Kuwait Intercepts Large-Scale Iranian Drone Attack on Vital Infrastructure
Kuwait's air defense systems successfully intercepted a wave of hostile drones launched by Iran targeting several vital and military installations, including the Mina al-Ahmadi refinery and Kuwait International Airport. The Kuwaiti Army described the incident as 'sinful Iranian aggression.' While falling shrapnel caused material damage to a government facility in northern Kuwait and property on Bubiyan Island, no casualties were reported. The attack follows a week of heightened tensions and US-Israeli planning for strikes on Iranian energy infrastructure.
