Ukrainian Drone Blitz Strikes Industrial Sites Across Russia and Crimea
Ukrainian long-range drones targeted multiple industrial facilities across the Ryazan, Perm, and Rostov regions, as well as annexed Crimea, early on July 29, 2026. President Zelenskyy confirmed strikes on an oil refinery and logistics center in Ryazan, and an export terminal in Rostov. The attacks killed at least three people, including two sailors in Rostov-on-Don and a woman in Taganrog, while causing fires at several strategic oil facilities and warehouses.
