Paris Coalition of the Willing Summit Convenes Over Ukraine Air Defense Crisis
At least 25 world leaders met in Paris on July 13, 2026, for a high-level summit of the 'Coalition of the Willing' to address Ukraine's critical shortage of air defense interceptors. The meeting, joined by President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, focuses on securing new Patriot and SAMP-T commitments and discussing the potential deployment of a Multinational Force in Ukraine (MNFU). The talks follow a deadly wave of Russian ballistic missile attacks over the preceding weekend that killed eight civilians.
