Second Phase of Mandatory Child Evacuations in Sloviansk and Kramatorsk
Following continuous Russian shelling and gradual advances along the eastern front, Ukrainian authorities initiated a new phase of forced evacuations. Around 3,800 residents from active combat zones in Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, and surrounding communities relocated to safer western regions over several days.
