Israeli Airstrikes in Southern Lebanon Kill Five Near Tyre
Israeli aircraft and drones conducted several strikes on residential buildings in the village of Borj el-Chemali and areas near Tyre in southern Lebanon. Local reports state that five people, including two children from the same family and a Lebanese soldier, were killed. The strikes occurred despite ongoing ceasefire talks between regional actors. The IDF targeted multiple locations in Nabatieh and Tyre, claiming to strike military assets belonging to the Axis of Resistance.
