Police and US Philanthropist Evacuate Civilians from Kupiansk District
On June 16, following localized Russian bombardment that destroyed homes in the Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv region, the 'Bilyi Yangol' (White Angel) police special unit conducted a high-risk extraction. Joined by US philanthropist Howard Buffett, the rescue team successfully evacuated four highly vulnerable civilians—including two individuals with disabilities—who had lost their residences to the strikes, transferring them to safe accommodations.
